The PTO association offers consulting and assessment services for job and top sharing duos, as well as for their team members, executives and HR managers who supervise job sharing duos. Sessions are divided into units and last between 5 and 20 hours, depending on requirements. Assessments also include specific interviews with the team members concerned.

A team workshop to discuss recommendations is offered afterwards.

These services are provided face-to-face and/or online.
