Corinne Emonet

Corinne Emonet holds a federal diploma in human resources and a diploma in coaching and has worked in SMEs and international companies in the fields of professional reintegration, banking, automotive, aviation and leisure products.

As an expert in Human Resources, she held various positions in two international companies from 2004 to 2015. Recognized and appreciated as a “business partner”, she worked closely with management, executives and their teams in different countries in Europe. In particular, she participated in the creation of a company in Switzerland and the implementation of its Human Resources department.

Based on her life experience, her passion for human relations and guided by her values of openness, listening, authenticity and empathy, Corinne Emonet has chosen a career in individual and team support. The focus is mainly on organizational and professional aspects and leadership development.

In 2016, Corinne Emonet started working with the PTO Association and Wejobshare Sàrl as a coach and facilitator of various workshops, conferences and meetings on the topic of jobs and topsharing in Western Switzerland. Promoting and implementing job sharing as an innovative work model in companies is a mission that is in line with her values.

With courage, optimism and resilience, Corinne Emonet meets life’s challenges with great adaptability. She combines energy, structure and sensitivity in her various activities. She likes to question herself and it is important to her to develop her inner garden, cultivating harmony, well-being and performance in her roles as mother, professional and woman.

2021 was a year of deep questioning. A new path has opened up, that of independence, allowing her to become a “slasher” and thus pursue the various activities that fascinate her.
