Rachel Riat Müller

After obtaining a license to practise law (2003) and an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from the Haute Ecole de Gestion Arc (2015), R. Riat Müller knows the world of work from both a legal and an economic perspective.

Her Master’s thesis is dedicated to the implementation of the co-direction of the Organization of the Swiss Abroad (Topsharing).

R. Riat Müller has been working for PTO as an expert on job sharing issues since September 2015. She offers her advice, legal expertise and coaching to any private or public organization.

2003-2012: Lawyer at the Federal Office of Justice, where she works de facto in job sharing.

2006-2015: Tenant representative at the Neuchâtel conciliation authority in rental matters.

As a married woman and mother of three children, R. Riat Müller knows how to reconcile professional and family demands, also thanks to job sharing.
