Wilma Nesossi

Wilma Nesossi is distinguished by extensive experience in the selection of specialists and executives as well as in professional coaching. She is fluent in French, German, English and Italian. She has a commercial education, language stays in Switzerland and abroad as well as a diploma in project management. Wilma Nesossi worked for several years as a product manager in the areas of sales, marketing and business development in an international environment. Fascinated by the challenges in Human Resources, she founded her own company WIN HR Consulting in Lausanne in June 2006.

As a partner of Matthias Döll GmbH in Zug, she serves clients throughout Switzerland. She always finds a lot of inspiration and creativity during hikes through the Lavaux wine-growing regions and at cultural events.

Since 2017, Wilma Nessosi has been a member of the PTO Committee and also works as an HR expert at events organized by the PTO Association (workshop and coaching).
