Workshops for personnel managers, executives and job sharers
The PTO association organizes specialized workshops in companies and public offices. These are 3-4 hour workshops aimed at potential Josharians, HR managers in companies, executives or middle managers, depending on the demand of the companies.
The worshops include theoretical and practical information on job sharing as well as simulation games.
Advantages: In-depth and attractive information transfer about the job sharing model. Creation of synergies between participants for possible partnerships. For couples already job sharing, workshops can optimize work processes and exchange within the duo.
a) The workshop for potential job and topsharers is animated for 4 hours by a duo in jobsharing with simulation games and interactive discussions in small groups. The workshop focuses on topics such as the requirements for job sharing, finding a partner, the application, the interview, the daily implementation and the differences between job and topsharing.
b) The workshop for HR managers and executives is animated for 3 hours by a duo in job sharing with simulation games and interactive discussions in small groups. The workshop focuses on contractual aspects, financial issues, information costs and recruitment.
