Urs Stauffer
Expert Job- and Topsharing
Urs Stauffer has more than 20 years of international experience in human resources management, having held various specialist and management positions. His focus is on supporting organizations and executives in matters relating to modern collaboration, shared leadership (job and top sharing), skills development, and healthy and sustainable leadership.
A central element of his work is in-depth diagnostics throughout the entire employee cycle – from psychometric assessments in selection and development processes to potential and status assessments for individuals, teams, and job and top-sharing tandems.
As a certified coach, trainer, and mediator, he combines methodological depth with practical implementation – structured, people-centered, and with a keen sense of dynamics.
Urs Stauffer had his first and very formative experience with shared leadership in top sharing at cinfo with Irenka Krone, co-founder of Go4Jobsharing. This collaboration impressively demonstrated how shared leadership – based on trust, mutual sparring, and the conscious contribution of different perspectives – not only leads to personal relief, but also promotes collective clarity and strength, with tangible added value for the team and the entire organization.
In 2023, he and his wife founded Introspecto GmbH, a consulting firm for personnel and organizational development, which they manage using the top sharing model.
Since 2026, Urs Stauffer has been an active member and expert of the PTO association.
Urs Stauffer is married and the father of four children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family – preferably outdoors in nature and often in his second home, the Bernese Oberland.
